Workforce Development

Purpose

Ensure current and future generations of technicians are trained and skilled on the installation and maintenance of natural refrigerant systems and equipment.

Key Activities

  • Contribute to the development and distribution of natural refrigerant training resources for technicians and HVACR students.

  • Support workforce development initiatives to combat the shrinking technician workforce.

  • Fill service gaps by connecting end-users with qualified contractors in their location.

  • Support the development of industry trainings, certifications, and other technician resources.
